Syria's Assad visits Kuwait for talks

Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad embarks on his second visit to Kuwait Sunday, in what political and media officials have termed a visit of "extraordinary importance" in wake of developments in the Middle East and Iraq.‏  

 

Tishreen reported that Assad's Arab ‏tours are aimed at consolidating Arab solidarity, regaining occupied Arab ‏territories and implementing correct principles without foreign interference ‏‏with Arab issues.‏  

 

The Syrian paper added that Arab solidarity will inevitably lead to just and comprehensive peace, security and stability which are much needed by the ‏region so as to achieve development and advancement in all fields.‏ (Albawaba.com)
