Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Ottri has underlined the importance of the theatre in boosting cultural rapprochement, consolidating the national values and in the development of the society.
During his meeting with Secretary General of the Arab Artists Federation and heads of the Arab and Foreign drama delegations participating in the 12th Damascus theatre Festival Tuesday, Ottri reviewed the performances and their impact on the development of the local and Arab theatrical movement, <i>SANA</I> reported.
