Syrian Minister of Social Affairs, Gadda al-Gabby and her Lebanese Counterpart, Dr. Asa’ad Deiab chaired the meeting of the Syrian-Lebanese Joint Committee on Social Affairs.
Both sides discussed underlining the brotherly relations between the two countries, which represent a good example on the national level.
Al-Gabby, for her part, emphasized the development and modernization process under the leadership of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, which represented a wise method for promising the future and stressed the necessity of activating bilateral agreements in the sphere of social affairs between both countries, SANA said on Sunday.
In return, the Lebanese Minister hailed the strong ties, which exist between the two countries, under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad and President Emile Lahoud, calling upon all Arabs to consider it as an example for relations between all Arabs. (Albawaba.com)
