Syria and Egypt's higher education ministries have signed an agreement aimed at establishing a center for open learning and tele-learning.
The agreement was signed in Damascus on Sunday, reported Syria’s official news agency (SANA).
The agreement is to boost scientific cooperation between Syrian and Egyptian universities, said the agency – Albawaba.com
