Syrian Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade Ghasan al-Refa'ay, received in Damascus Sunday, Chairman of the Syrian-Cypriot Businessmen Association Kresto Dold Binyamin and an accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, talks covered trade exchange between the two countries as well as various fields of cooperation, especially tourism and technology, according to the Syrian Arab news agency.
The Minister briefed the delegation on the situation of the Syrian economy and the development and modernization process, under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad.
In addition, he discussed available investment areas, privileges and tax exemptions offered by the Investment Law for Arab and foreign investors. (Albawaba.com)
