Medical reports on Saturday confirmed three cases of swine flu in Lebanon. At a secial press conference held by Lebanon's Health Minister Mohammad Khalife, he conveyed two foreigners and one Lebanese were found to suffer from swine flu at Beirut international airport. According to Khalife, the Lebanese swine flu victim remains in quarantine while the two others a Canadian mother and her son are fully cured.
Last month, Lebanon's health ministry implemented several "preventative measures" to contain a possible outbreak and imposed a ban on the import of live pigs.
