Sweet indulgence at Rosewood’s signature brunch
Appealing to all tastes in Jeddah, Rosewood Corniche offers culinary wonders and fountains of joy for chocolate lovers
Friday brunches are set to reach new levels of excellence in Jeddah, as Rosewood Corniche launches a new dining experience highlighted by superior cuisine and service, with an added sweet surprise.
Now being served in the luxury hotel’s elegant Habsburg restaurant, the new and ambitious Rosewood brunch sees Executive Chef Richard Green directing the mastery of various Arabic and international dishes as guests take in sweeping views of the Red Sea.
The highlight is a massive chocolate fountain, the only one of its kind in Jeddah. Guests get to drizzle chocolate over freshly cut fruit, mini muffins and marshmallows, the selection appealing to every sweet-toothed diner.
“Dining out in Saudi Arabia is seen as a culinary adventure and a treasured family pastime, and our new Friday brunch is designed with this in mind,” said Chef Green. “It’s another reason why the hotel is known as the top venue in the city for dining out.”
The Friday brunch features a delicious array of dishes from around the world. French bouillabaisse and Arabic Ouzi are prepared and plated before diners, and everything from fresh sushi and sashimi, Hungarian Goulash, Italian pastas, and Arabic mezze is found at the brunch stations.
The brunch comes at a family-friendly cost of SAR175 (US$47) for adults, SAR87.5 (US$23) for children aged six to 12, and free dining for children under six.
