Super Cars will line up along super yachts at next week’s Abu Dhabi Yacht Show in the magnificent new surroundings of the UAE capital’s Yas Marina on Yas Island.
Bentley-Emirates, which markets the sporty, hand-crafted cars in the UAE will wow the show’s elite audience with two of its fastest and most powerful models – the Continental Supersports and Continental Flying Spur Speed – which will join 26 of the world’s most impressive luxury yachts at the exhibition, which runs from February 25-27.
“Having a major presence at this show brings us into direct contact with the names and faces that constitute our immediate UAE and GCC market,” said Khalid Dadoush, General Manager Bentley-Emirates, which is the show’s exclusive associate car sponsor.
“The Continental Supersports and Continental Flying Spur Speed, much as their marine counterparts which will grace Yas Marina, represent a perfect relationship between engineering and design. Together they produce a powerful luxury proposition for a show audience that will include some of the region’s most prestigious and wealthy figures.”
Al Habtoor Motors, the sole and exclusive dealer of Bentley Emirates, has identified the UAE capital as a key local market and recently opened a state-of-the-art workshop in Abu Dhabi’s Mussafah district to heighten its customer service offering in the emirate.
“All the technicians operating out of this super modern facility have been trained by Bentley’s UK team,” said Ahmed Al Habtoor, CEO, Habtoor Motors. “The new facility is equipped for all types of work and can handle up to 20 vehicles a day.
“This is part of our UAE expansion plan, which also includes the opening a new Bentley Emirates-Marina boutique showroom facing the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa in Dubai Marina in the very near future.”
Show organiser Informa Yacht Group (IYG) says Bentley-Emirates is perfectly tailored fit for the event and its host destination.
“Bentley and Abu Dhabi have much in common. Both are high-end brands synonymous with luxury. Both have a long and rich heritage yet are forward-looking, shaping the future with values of the past. Given this great synergy, the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show provided an unrivalled platform for Bentley Emirates to reach out to this expanding marketplace,” said Franck Dailles, IYG’s Group Director.
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, ADYS is the Middle East’s premier show focusing exclusively on the luxury super yacht and mega-yacht sector, comprising sailing and motorised yachts over 25 metres in length. Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority is the show’s headline sponsor.
