Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of greetings to President Ion Iliescu of the Republic of Romania on the occasion of his country’s National Day. According to <i>ONA</I>, in his cable, Qaboos wished the President good health and happiness and the Romanian people further progress and prosperity.
