An explosion occurred Wednesday afternoon near a migration office in Zirndorf, near Nuremburg, in Germany, The Telegraph reported.
The explosion was caused by a suitcase filled with aerosols. German authorities said a man and woman planted the suitcase as a homemade bomb, but it was not confirmed if there were any casualties.
Zirndorf has recently been the scene of neo-Nazi rallies as tensions have grown between refugees resettled in Germany and locals.
Germany has seen a spate of attacks in the last week, including a man who began attacking passengers on a train with an axe, a Syrian man who blew himself up at a music festival, and a stabbing outside a restaurant.
