Seven people were killed and 11 others injured Tuesday when a suicide bomber detonated a car in front of an army camp in Benghazi, Reuters reported.
A 17-year-old girl was also killed when a rocket hit a residential building in a separate incident, officials told Reuters.
Benghazi, Libya's second-largest city, is facing civil unrest as supporters of the internationally recognized government fight extremist groups.
