Sudanese First Vice President Ali Osman Taha will begin on Wednesday a tour that will take him to Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, according to a newspaper report.
In the course of the tour ending Saturday, Taha will brief leaders of those countries on the developments in the Sudanese peace process, Al Anbaa reported.
That will include a deal recently signed with the southern Sudanese rebels on security arrangements during a six-year transitional period that would follow conclusion of a final peace agreement. (Albawaba.com)
