Splash, the Dubai based international fashion retailer, is giving away a once in a lifetime opportunity to SIX lucky fans of superstar Amr Diab. Winners will get a VIP ticket to attend Diab’s concert and personally meet the superstar. The third time winner of the World Music Award will be performing in Dubai on the 1st Feb at the Megabowl (Area A) at Zabeel Park.
This is the second time for Splash to collaborate after last year’s successful collaboration with Sundance, the organizers of the event. CEO of Splash Raza Beig commented on the competition, “Splash is very thrilled to introduce this unique competition, as we are aware of the wide base of fans that Amr Diab has. Our goal is to give the fans an opportunity to meet their all time favorite artist and make this a truly unforgettable experience”.
In regards to its title sponsorship for the second consecutive year, he added, “We are very delighted to have done this again this year and to have the opportunity to be part of such a great concert by Superstar Amr Diab. Diab’s last year concert showcased a unique gathering of people from different walks of life, such as language and tradition.”
Those who want to enter the competition will have to send SMS the word ‘Splash’ to Etisalat no. 6191 to enter the lucky draw, where six lucky winners will be chosen to meet the superstar. Winners will also receive VIP tickets to the concert. The contest finishes on the 31st Jan, 4 P.M.
The Egyptian sensation is known for being the most successful musician in the Middle East region with many awards won. Recently Diab won the World Music Award in Monaco for his new album El Leila Di, which makes him the only artist to win such an award for 3 times. He received the award as best-selling Middle Eastern artist in 2007.
