SouqExtra! Plans Family-Oriented Retail Mix for its Community Supercenter in Merbah

SouqExtra! is working on the unique retail mix for its outlet in Merbah residential area, proceeding on schedule with its plans to build a community supercenter in Fujairah. The innovative lifestyle concept promotes a convenient one-stop-shop that is rooted in local communities aiming to provide easy access to a number of leisure, retail and wellness products and services that meet the daily needs of Emirati families in this area.
SouqExtra! has confirmed the project consultant and it will be announced soon and is currently deciding on the product and service outlets for the center at Merbah. SouqExtra!’s flexible module is tailored to suit a wide variety of site conditions and community needs, and spacing & interiors plans are being developed that will best meet the requirements of the area’s residential population.
The new center in Al Merbah will be a single-floor development providing a number of outlets offering services in four categories: Leisure, wellness, convenience and food, and will include restaurants, cafés, car service outlets and a pharmacy. SouqExtra!’s family-focused offerings will also embrace fashion and accessories stores, beauty and cosmetics services & products and a kids’ play area.
