Six new cases of Rift Valley Fever were reported Sunday in Saudi Arabia, reported Saudi Press Agency, quoting a health ministry as saying.
“Five of these cases were reported in Jazan region, and one case was reported in Asir,” said the statement.
SPA added that one died in al-Qunfidhah province.
According to the health ministry, the total number of infected people reached to 489. It added that the death toll has reached to 91 people since it was first reported in July – Albawaba.com
