An Iraqi bus collided with an American tank that was on patrol Friday, killing six of the bus passengers and wounding eight, the U.S. Army said.
Maj. Neal O'Brien, spokesman for the U.S. Army's 1st Infantry Division said the bus smashed into the front of the tank.
The 1st Division tank crew had been on patrol in the city of Muqdadiyah north of Baghdad.
