Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance and Industry Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum has received in Dubai members of the United Nations advisory authority for local governments, which has a membership of 22 Arab and world cities including Dubai, according to Gulf News.
Greeting the team, Sheikh Hamdan conveyed that the holding of the meeting of the UN Consultative Commission for Local Authorities and similar events in Dubai would bolster the city's status as a regional trade center and an international locations for world meetings.
