Sezzam Set to Sizzle with New Indian Chef


Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates supreme dining destination Sezzam presents sumptuous spicy new concoctions from the kitchen of its new Indian chef, Aman Manoj Kumar.

“Flame at Sezzam is set to explode with new taste sensations, thanks to the expertise and enthusiasm of Chef Aman, his wealth of knowledge of Indian cuisine and his inventiveness for fusion flavours is sure to entice aficionados of this popular fare,” said Kjell Kollin, Executive Chef, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.

Prior to his appointment at Sezzam, Aman spent more than a year as Junior Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Resort in Kuda Huraa, Maldives where he was responsible for the creation of menus and preparation of the breakfast buffet and lunch selections. Chef Aman was also a key player in the revamping of the hotels Barbeque Hut outlet in both menu and concept.

Shortly after obtaining his diploma in hotel management, Aman worked with the Park Delhi and Hyatt Regency Delhi in India. Since then, Aman has had a fruitful and rewarding career in the industry.

A career highlight saw Chef Aman personally invited by the King of Jordan to present an Indian food promotion in his highness’ royal palace.

Chef Aman considers his recent appointment at Sezzam, his most challenging and satisfying post so far.
