Yemeni security forces arrested on Tuesday morning one of Al-Qaeda senior leaders identified as Mohammed Hamdi Al-Ahdal (Abu A'sem Al-Makki), an official source at the Ministry of Interior said, according to SABA.
Policemen spent several months tracing and chasing Abu A'sem Al-Makki till they captured him inside a house west of the capital city of Sana'a.
"Security men surrounded the house where Abu A'sem Al-Malki was hiding, therefore he had to give himself up to police," the source added. (Albawaba.com)
