A vote in the United Nations Security Council that had been expected Monday to reform the 12-year-old U.N. sanctions against Iraq has been delayed for 24 hours, a council diplomat said, according to AFP

The diplomat, who spoke on condition of anonymity as council members met behind closed doors, provided no immediate reason for the delay. (Albawaba.com)
