Saudi Arabian police officials have seized a lorry-load of surface-to-air missiles. According to Saudi officials, the weapons were destined for a "terrorist" group. Each of the missiles is capable of being used to bring down aircraft.
According to the BBC Thursday, the consignment was intercepted on a desert road near the Red Sea port city of Jeddah. Police claim the weapons had been smuggled from the neighboring Republic of Yemen. (Albawaba.com)
