Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi met in the capital of Riyadh Tuesday with former Russian Minster of Energy and Head of the Union of Russia's Oil and Gas Producers Yori Shafranik, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
