A Saudi man and woman convicted of murder were beheaded by the sword Monday in the eastern Upper Qarya region, the Saudi interior ministry said.
Al-Tarki bin Attallah al-Salbi and Nura bint Hamad al-Salbi respectively were convicted of killing Falah bin Hakem al-Doweish and stealing his car and some money, the ministry said in a statement carried by SPA.
The two stabbed and beat the victim with a metal bar before strangling him with a wire and setting his body on fire in a remote location. (Albawaba.com)
