Saudi King Fahd bin Abdulaziz arrived in Makkah on Monday evening from the port city of Jeddah to spend the last ten days of the blessed month of Ramadan near the Holy Mosque.
He was welcomed by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the deputy premier and commander of the national guard; Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the second deputy premier, defense and aviation minister and inspector general; Prince Metib bin Abdulaziz, the minister of public works and housing; Prince Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, the president of the general intelligence; Prince Abdulmajeed bin Abdulaziz, the governor of Makkah region, as well as other princes and high-level officials, SPA reported.
King Fhad was accompanied by Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the governor of Riyadh region; Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the minister of state, member of the Cabinet and chief of the court of the Cabinet's presidency, and a number of officials. (Albawaba.com)
