Saudi Arabian King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahayan, President of the United Arab Emirates on the occasion of his country's national day.
On his own behalf, the Saudi people and government, the Saudi King expressed his best wishes of good health and happiness to Sheikh Zayed and steady progress and prosperity to the people of the UAE.
In his cable, King Fahd also praised the existing strong relations between the two leaderships and peoples, according to SPA.
Similar cables were sent to Sheikh Zayed by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, and Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General. (Albawaba.com)
