Saudi Minister of Industry and Electricity, Dr. Hashim bin Abdullah Yamani said in Beijing on Thursday that his current seven-day visit to China is aimed at discussing aspects of cooperation in the spheres of electricity and industry, SPA reported.
In a statement to the News Agency ahead of his departure on a tour of Harbin city in Heilongjiang Province, Shanghai city and Chung Jaung Su city, Yamani said, "The most important goals of the visit are to discuss aspects of cooperation between the two countries in electricity and industry fields, particularly the electricity field."
"We shall reach a great beneficial outcome from this visit," he said.
He added that the Chinese officials have welcomed cooperation in the research field, in order to find solutions to problems in electricity generation, transfer and distribution. (Albawaba.com)
