Prince Saud al Faisal, the Saudi Kingdom’s Foreign Minister is due to arrive in the Russian capital of Moscow on Thursday on an official visit, it was announced in Moscow on Tuesday, according to the official Saudi Press Agency SPA.
In a statement, the Saudi ambassador to Russia, Mohammed Hasan Abdulmawla stated that Prince Saud al Faisal is scheduled to hold talks during his stay in Moscow with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov.
Abdulmawla added that the critical situation in the Middle East region and the Israeli massacres against the Palestinian people as well as issues relating to world terrorism would top the agenda of talks between Prince Saud al Faisal and the Russian leadership.
In addition, he said the Saudi kingdom is gearing forward to develop its bilateral ties with Russia and would call upon Russian authorities to expedite measures to conclude an agreement on encouragement and mutual protection of investments, SPA added. (Albawaba.com)
