Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz embarks Tuesday on a four-nation tour that will take him to Syria, Germany, Sweden and Morocco, reported the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The prince's tour aims at "cementing economic, political and cultural ties with these countries," said the agency.
The current situation in the Palestinian territories will also top the agenda of meetings between the crown prince and officials from the four countries.
The prince canceled a scheduled visit to Canada last week in protest of allegations that a Canadian in a Saudi jail had been tortured.
