SAS’ new Dubai-Copenhagen route to launch with promotional fare Free onward connections to Oslo and Stockholm

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), the award-winning multi-national airline for Denmark, Norway and Sweden and the leading carrier in Scandinavia, has introduced a special fare of Dhs 1990 for its thrice-weekly Dubai-Copenhagen route which launches 1 November.  The introductory deal also offers passengers free onward connections to Oslo and Stockholm. Flights to Helsinki via Copenhagen will be available at Dhs 2190.

The promotion will run till 17 October is for Economy Class passengers travelling from 1 November until the end of March next year.

“SAS is the first airline to directly link the UAE with Scandinavia and we anticipate strong outbound traffic during the holiday seasons of Eid and Christmas,” said Magnus Engstrom, General Manager UAE, SAS.

“These competitive fares reiterate that SAS is one the best options for GCC business or leisure travellers looking to fly non-stop to Scandinavia and beyond.”

SAS’ new Dubai-Copenhagen service will operate every Monday, Thursday and Sunday on a widebodied, 245-seater Airbus A340 with a three-class configuration – SAS Business, Economy Extra and Economy Class.

Flight SK962 will depart Dubai International at 10.00 every Monday, Thursday and Sunday arriving in Copenhagen at 13.15 local time allowing adequate transfer time for onward flights. The return Copenhagen-Dubai service SK 961 will take off at 21.05 every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday arriving at Dubai International at 6.35 the following day.
