saraya to set up new headquarters
Saraya, a real estate development and asset management company which invests in the international travel and tourism sector, today announced setting up of its new headquarters in Abdali, a new downtown in Amman.
Saraya has already acquired a 3,592 m2 land parcel to develop an ultra-modern headquarters. In addition, a five star hote, apartments, serviced residences, and underground parking with a total investment of JD 80 million will also be build. The construction work has already been started, which is expected to be completed in early 2011.
