Saraya Islands Showcases at Cityscape 2007 Announces its Open Sales for "Saraya Village" and "Al Marsa Island"

Saraya Islands announces its open sales for the “Saraya Village” and “Al Marsa Island”, in addition to sharing its latest news at Saraya’s, the mother company, booth at Cityscape Dubai 2007. Saraya’s participation in Cityscape, due to take place in Dubai on 16-18 October, is at its third consecutive year as a gold sponsor.

The Saraya Islands, as a destination, will be developing four distinct islands and a mainland village, the “Saraya Village”. The four islands are referred to as: “Al-Marsa”, “Al-Boum”, “Al-Sahab”, and “Al-Wahat”. Saraya Islands will occupy 5.5 Km long natural island forming a lagoon framed by the Islands and its corresponding mainland site of approximately sixteen hectares. This unique landscape offers, in addition to the impressive mountain view, two different waterfront experiences. The project exists over an area of approximately 1.4 million square meters, of which 65% are developable and 35% are dedicated to beaches, common landscaped areas and open air activities.

Saraya Islands aims to build a modern representation of Ras Al Khaimah’s seafaring heritage with a contemporary flavor. The themed development aims to enhance Saraya Islands’ natural landscape while capturing the essence of Ras Al Khaimah’s heritage of navigation. It will create an environment where history and modern life co-exist in a manner that offers an integrated living experience of the past and the present.

Saraya, the mother company, will be occupying a 460 meter square booth located strategically at Cityscape in Hall 5, booth 5B10, and will be announcing its newest destinations and services in the world of travel and tourism.

Saraya Islands will offer “state-of-the-art” accommodation, ranging from high end villas, lagoon view town houses, palatial villas, terraced apartments, world class themed hotels, exotic bungalows, luxury spas and retreats, serviced residential units all including private and semi-private gardens and swimming pools, high quality retail, restaurants and entertainment outlets, amusement water park, pedestrian bridges and roads, as well as bicycle and walking trails, a marina, and an amphitheatre.
