Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, a market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, offered servicing by Korean engineers on Samsung air conditioners all over Egypt during the month of April. This service campaign provided customers with standard check-ups and cleaning services on their air conditioners.
The campaign lasted from April 11th to the 30th and covered Greater Cairo, Upper Egypt, North Egypt, and the Canal and Delta regions. “Samsung is always looking at ways to provide its customers with the best service for their products,” said Duke Park, General Manager of Samsung Egypt. “We believe that the relationship we build with our clients is vital and we are always looking for ways to show our appreciation. A great way to do this is by providing follow-up service from the engineers who actually helped design the Samsung products.”
