ALBAWABA - Russia conducted a massive drone strike on Ukraine overnight, leaving at least four people killed and 20 others injured in Kyiv, Ukrainian officials revealed on Friday morning.
"Kyiv came under another attack involving UAVs and ballistic missiles. Rescuers are responding to the aftermath at several locations across the city," the State Emergency Service of Ukraine shared via its Telegram account.
On the other hand, Kyiv's Mayor Vitali Klitschko posted that Ukrainian medics responding to the scene in the Solomyanski district have been taken to hospitals for medical care, The Kyiv Post mentioned.
Klitschko expressed grief as four people were killed in the capital, and 20 others were wounded -- 16 of whom were hospitalised.
Nonetheless, the massive drone attack caused multiple fires in different districts, including at a residential building, a civil infrastructure facility and a metal hangar.
