Russia confirms Prigozhin’s death in plane crash

ALBAWABA - Yevgeny Prigozhin has been officially announced dead, based on an investigation carried out by the Russian authorities and after conducting genetic analysis on all the 10 bodies found at the Wagner plane crash site in Moscow.

The Investigative Committee said the identities of all 10 victims had been established and corresponded to those on the flight's passenger list.

In a statement on Sunday, Svetlana Petrenko, the committee’s chief spokesperson, said that Russian investigators had completed DNA testing of the bodies of those who were on board the Embraer 135BJ Legacy 600 plane. The jet went down in Tver Region on Wednesday as it was flying from Moscow to St. Petersburg, RT reported.
