ALBAWABA - Rescue teams in Russia confirmed that all 22 people on board of the Russian helicopter crash died.
According to the TASS news agency, no one survived as searchers cleared the wreckage of a Russian helicopter that crashed in the eastern peninsula of Kamchatka.
Russia's emergencies ministry revealed on Saturday that the Mi-8T helicopter departed from a base near the Vachkazhets volcano in the Kamchatka peninsula, but it disappeared from radar shortly after take-off.
BBC reported citing the governor of Kamchatka that the helicopter disappeared from radar and crew members failed to make contact from around 16:15 (04:15 GMT).
Tass news agency however confirmed that the helicopter crew did not report any difficulties before the disappearance.
