Rumors of cabinet reshuffle in Algeria

For the past few weeks, there has been an active rumor of a cabinet reshuffle as seen in the local Algerian press. There has even been talk of creating some new ministries. The Algerian news source, Liberte Algerie  even claims that a recent speech in front of the Algerian Parliament by the Algerian prime minister, Ahmed Ouyahia, indicated that a reshuffle is imminent.
