Moderate Albanian nationalist Ibrahim Rugova Sunday claimed victory for his Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) in general elections in the UN-administered Yugoslav province of Kosovo.
"The LDK has won with approximately 70 percent of the vote," the writer-turned politician told a news conference, one day after the province-wide vote -- Yugoslavia (AFP)
