A Saudi Arabian plane landed in Rabat Wednesday carrying assistance to Morocco, following the floods that hit the North African kingdom recently, which left more than sixty people dead.

According to a statement from the US embassy, a second plane is scheduled to land on Saturday in Morocco, MAP news agency reported.

The Saudi King, who issued instructions to dispatch the aid to Morocco, has also sent King Mohammed VI a message of sympathy and condolences, in the aftermath of the tragic events. (Albawaba.com)
