ALBAWABA - An Israeli general who is now retired says that the Israeli army is in chaos and that the media doesn't show this: Israeli general Yitzhak Brik, who is now retired, said that getting the supplies and help with logistics that Israeli soldiers in the Gaza Strip need for the war is "a complete chaos."

Brik told the Israeli newspaper Maariv that he has told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu many times that the army doesn't have enough troops or the right tools for war, and that soldiers haven't had training in five years.

Brik said that they have gotten a lot of complaints from soldiers since October 7th. He stressed that the soldiers are in a full state of chaos that has not been reported by the media.

When the Israeli general retired, he said:

"No system for getting food, supplies, or military equipment that we need to advance our cause is working well." because private companies were given full power by the government. There is no one available right now to fix the tanks. Dozens of tanks are stuck in the Gaza Strip and need to be moved.

The Prime Minister's office said that the media hadn't talked about the problems Israeli soldiers were having because they didn't want Netanyahu to know the truth. Brik said, adding that he has met with Netanyahou six times since the fighting in the Gaza Strip began on October 7:

"I told him that the army isn't ready to go to war right away because it hasn't trained in five years and doesn't have the supplies it needs." But his group didn't want Netanyahu to know the truth. Because of this, they kept him away from me.
