RESA will introduce its solutions on the Pavilion France at Airport Show from 25 to 27 April 2010. Among the various software solutions developed by RESA, CREWS is a proven CUTE system for seamlessly sharing check-in and boarding positions and the associated peripherals among the various airlines present at the airport.  It is the first CUTE platform to be IATA CUPPS certified on the first official launch date of this new standard set on October 15, 2009..

Officially certified by IATA, CREWS CUPPS represents the next generation of "Common Use" systems. This system allows airport resources (check-in desks, boarding gates, etc.) to be shared among all airlines operating on the airport platform.

The new CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing Systems) standard is the result of a long-term global work bringing all together the industry key players (system providers, hardware manufacturers, airlines, etc.) in order to optimize the sharing of resources and facilitate the airlines integration on the airport platforms.

In addition to consequent incomes generated by the solution, CREWS CUPPS is also a strategic software platform which maximizes the number of passengers by making the installation of new airlines easier.

CREWS is the first CUPPS system certified by a Compliant Testing Entity- Lufthansa Systems – already approved and operationally used by two airlines - Lufthansa and Iberia - in an  international hub – Brussels Airport.

Through this world first, CREWS strengthens its technological lead established since its release in 1992. Simpler for airlines, more open and easy to use for airports, CREWS marks the start of a new range of CUPPS systems..
