Palestinian President Yasser Arafat is scheduled to visit Syria on September 25, reported Haaretz newspaper, citing news agencies on Sunday.
PLO representative in Damascus, Anwar Abdel Khadi, was quoted as saying that "after holding talks between Palestinian and Syrian officials, and following an invitation by Syrian President Basher Assad, Arafat will visit Syria on the 25th of September."
Arafat was supposed to visit Syria on September 12th or 13th, but postponed the trip in light of the terrorist attacks in the United States – Albawaba.com
