A heart trembling growl in Riyadh!  It is the roar of motocross motorbikes competing in the “Red Bull Za’eer Al Asimah” race on Thursday February 21st. Roar of the Capital, as it is translated in English, will be the first motor cross official championship in Saudi Arabia held according to FIA regulations and supervised by  the Motor Sport Committee of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare.

Red Bull Za’eer Al Asimah (Roar of the Capital) is an exciting event that will enable many Saudi motorcross fans to demonstrate their skills and compete with each other in the first official race to be held in their own country. They no longer need to go to the neighboring countries with their motorbikes to participate in motorcross events which are held there. 20 Saudi  and Gulf motorcross bikers will compete  showcasing their talents and achieving fastest times with their properly equipped motorbikes to overcome artificial obstacles such as high sand hills, water pools and rocks at Reem Auto Club Experience circuit in Al-Mozahimyah district west of Riyadh.

It is worthwhile indicating that Reem Auto Club Experience circuit that will host Red Bull Za’eer Al Asimah race in Riyadh is part of the first autoplex sports complex which serves fans of all kinds of motorcars and motorbikes  sports in Saudi Arabia. This huge state of the art complex includes two race tracks of one of them is 3.8 kilometers long for major sports, the other 1.2 kilometer long designed for carting sport.
