RECon Middle East & North Africa, the region’s leading trade exhibition and conference for the retail real estate sector which commences tomorrow (2nd May) has announced Mr David Houle, one of the world’s leading futurists for the conference finale on 3rd May, 2010 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Conference Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In the last decade we have witnessed great upheaval throughout the world in the form of both natural and man-made disasters.   We are in a constant state of flux and society is challenged to keep up with it all.   Futurist and guest speaker, David Houle says it’s not all doom and gloom.  We are simply entering a period of new beginning, the “Shift Age” and “Transformation Decade”.   According to Houle, it’s time to forget the old way of doing things and move with the times.

How will the future reshape humanity, the Gulf region, our retail landscape and the way we live?  David Houle will answer these questions and more in his high level presentation that takes a stimulating look at our collective future.

As the finale to a two day conference featuring an impressive line up of keynote addresses as well as panels and interactive sessions, participants at RECon Middle East & North Africa can expect to open their minds to new possibilities that underscore business and day to day life for the next century.
