Rani International Development LLC announces the launch of AED 600 million BLUE BAY commercial tower in Business Bay
Award of enabling works completed for Blue Bay Office Tower development
Rani International Development LLC, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Aujan Group, announced the launch of the 26 storey Blue Bay Commercial Tower in the Business Bay. The enabling works for the project have been awarded to Saile Constructions (LLC) and they will commence the construction works within the coming two weeks. This distinctive office tower will be within walking distance to many high-end amenities in the Business Bay area. Occupants will be offered exclusive and flexible office units and they will be able to benefit from the advantages of Grade A office space.
