Radisson Chef shares cooking tips at Taste of Dubai 2009 - Chef Nugi of Chef’s House prepares to tutor at the Spinney’s Cookery School

More than 12,000 food enthusiasts are expected at this year’s Taste of Dubai. They will all have a chance to learn to cook new-style dishes and perfect culinary techniques under the watchful eyes of award-winning chef’s such as Radisson SAS Dubai Media City’s, Nugi Wardhana. Chef Nugi is at the helm of the hotel’s popular lunchtime haunt, Chef’s House.

“The individual cooking stations at the event are complete with utensils and ingredients. It will be a real hands-on, once-in-a-lifetime experience,” according to Farida Parekh, Marketing & Communications Manager, Radisson SAS Hotel Dubai Media City.

She said that Chef Nugi will also be sharing easy-to-follow cooking tips at the Taste of Dubai’s Spinney’s Cookery School at the upcoming festival in the Amphitheatre and Park complex, Dubai Media City from March 11 – 14, 2009.

Parekh also said that Chef’s House is renowned for serving the best-value business lunch buffet in the media and internet free-zone area: “Chef’s House features an open kitchen and grill stations and Chef Nugi’s team serves a wide selection of Oriental and Middle Eastern dishes, daily.”
