Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmad Qureia is set to meet with the European Union's foreign policy chief Javier Solana on Thursday for talks.
The two leaders, according to Ramattan, will reportedly meet at Qureia's headquarters in the West Bank town of Ramallah.
Also on Thursday, the final session of the Palestinian minister’s council will be held at Ramallah headquarters prior to the establishment of a new Palestinian government and the swearing-in of Hamas to the Palestinian parliament on Saturday.
