Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday received the Ambassador of Qatar, Mohammad al-Mubarak al-Muhannadi who handed over a message from the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, on the bilateral relations and how to follow up implementation of the agreements recently signed between the two countries, SANA reported.
