The Qatari Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani received in Doha on Wednesday General Prince Mitaib bin Abdullah al Saud, Assistant Deputy head of the Saudi National Guard for Military Affairs in the Saudi Kingdom.
