Qatari Company to Invest $27m in Iran's Southern Ports

Qatar's Al-Sarieh Company is to invest $27 million in the Iranian Mahshahr and Bandarabbas ports, according to a memorandum of understanding, signed by the company and Iran's Ports and Shipping Organization, reported Iran News Agency (IRNA).  

Head of the Qatari company, Ahmad Al-Hashemi, told reporters upon signing the agreement that the sum invested in the project would be reimbursed within a period of five to seven years out of the revenues gained from services rendered at ports, said the agency - Albawaba.com
