Qatari minister of state for foreign affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah al-Mahmoud and his accompanying delegation returned to Doha Tuesday from the Sultanate of Oman, where he led his country’s delegation to the 21st meeting of GCC Defence ministers, according to Qatar News Agency.
